LABOR MARKET IN SERBIA – THE PROBLEM OF UNDECLARED WORK

Abstract

The focus of our research is the problem of undeclared
work in the labor market in Serbia. We have investigated how
frequent it is and what are the main reasons for it. Likewise, we
have tested differences between different groups of employees and
their level of undeclared work and their reasons for accepting it. The
research is done based on the survey conducted in the Republic of
Serbia in 2020. The obtained data from the survey was analysed by
descriptive statistics, t-tests, and one-way analysis of variance
(ANOVA).
