Abstract

The impact of the previous and future education of managers
on the speed of introducing business changes in business entities in the
Republic of Serbia is a topic that has not received enough attention so
far. The presented research is a segment of the research previously conducted as part of the doctoral dissertation written by Dragan Doljanica
from the Faculty of Management, Economics and Finance in Belgrade.  The research discusses possible mathematical projections and solutions, which are supported by extensive statistical empirical research in
the field of education and management
