Abstract

The principles of business based on continuous innovation
of knowledge and motivation of people inevitably lead to the highest
quality of work processes. Constant changes and unexpected
circumstances are inevitable for every organization, so there are times
when they have to find the right solutions. Expectations in terms of
attaining goals, vision and profitability, require professional,
educated and high-quality personnel, so employees present an
important part of every business system. Profitability of any insurance
company is largely based on successful insurance selling. Therefore, it
can be concluded that the greatest struggle on the market is evident in
the area of sales.
The aim of our work is to point to the opportunities that a competitive
company has in order to create and develop a strong field network and
the ability to retain and increase its market share through its sales
network. Speaking of the sales network, it is also important to direct all
human potentials towards the sale of the most profitable insurance
products.
