PERTICULARITY OF HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT IN BUSINESS ENTITIESIN CENTRAL SERBIA
Abstract
In this paper, the authors aimed to examine the
characteristics of Human resources development process in business
entities in Central Serbia. The main hypothesis, which is confirmed in
the paper, is that there are a statistically significant results of
identificaton of Human resource development activities in
organizations. The research involved 127 respondents who are
employed at all three management levels in the organization in 86
business entities in Central Serbia. The reserch results indicate,
among other things, deficiencies of Human resources develompement
process, which is the basis for its improvement in order to achieve the
main purpose in gaining competitive adventage.
